• XSLT processor that is part of IE6/IE7/IE8
• Main difference is that the default encoding is UTF-16
• Also can be used within IE6.0
• Need to install wrapper msxsl.exe available from Microsoft Download area:
  http://download.microsoft.com/download/f/2/6/f263ac46-1fe9-4ae9-8fd3-21102100ebf5/msxsl.exe
• Need to sort out path
